Orders
No minimum requirement
Large Orders
Orders totalling $1,200 or more require a one-third payment within five (5) working days. Due to significant upfront commitments in labor and materials in the production of larger quantities, the advanced one-third payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Custom Work
We will create custom work for you and your client. The cost of any custom work design must be determined on an individual basis. Please call for information and price quotes.
All waxes, designs, and/or drawings remain the property of the artist and must be returned within thirty (30) days, unless prior arrangements are negotiated.
All artwork is copywritten by the artist and cannot be used or reproduced without the express written permission of the artist. All fees are for the artist's setup and design.
Samples
We will be happy to memo bill any sample we have available at the time. Samples remain the property of American Bronze Casting, Ltd. until paid for or returned within thirty (30) days. At such time a credit memo will be issued. Please handle the sample with care; if the sample(s) is damaged upon return, the responsibility will be payment in full.
Rush Orders
There is a 20% rush charge on all orders to be completed in less than four (4) weeks production time.
Engraved Plates
We can provide diamond engraved plates to personalize each sculpture or print. Plates are not included in the original base price. Engraved plates may be purchased at $12.00 net up to three (3) lines, and .15 cents per additional letter thereafter. Please specify when placing an order. Please request individual quotes and ordering information.
Paper Proofs
We will be happy to provide a paper proof upon request at no charge. There will be a $4.00 charge if the proof is different than the supplied layout.
Terms of Payment
Our terms are Net thirty (30) days to approved accounts. Accounts past thirty (30) days will be considered delinquent and will be submitted for collection. We request that new accounts prepay until an open account status is approved. An interest rate of 1-1/2% will be charged for past due invoices.

Freight Charges
The customer is responsible for all freight charges, including shipping. *Truck freight applies.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service, unless otherwise specified. Larger pieces must be shipped via truck line. Drop shipments require a signed proof of delivery; the customer is responsible for this charge. If shipping by Federal Express, a fed ex number is required.
Individual Box Charge
There is an additional box charge of $3.50 per box.
Cancellation
All orders are considered firm. Canceled orders are subject to labor and material costs. A 10% restocking fee will apply for any order returned after thirty (30) days from invoice date.
Signature and Numbering
All original artwork is signed and numbered and represents limited editions.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each original piece of art is packed with a certificate of authenticity from American Bronze Casting, Ltd. This assures that the bronze sculpture was cast and approved by the artist. All designs are under federal copyright in the artist's name. Any unauthorized person(s) reproducing any of the artist's designs or originals will be prosecuted under federal law.
